ONLINE COACHING

GRFitness 'Online Coaching' delivers you the results you’ve always wanted, regardless of your current fitness level or where you might be in the world. You will receive bespoke training and nutritional protocols, supported by direct access to myself via my online messaging system and detailed video feedback.

GRFitness Online Coaching is ideal if...

• You want to achieve your goals without having to attend a gym for face to face, 'In Person' training sessions.
• You are new to training and nutrition and need some clear guidance on how to get started achieving your fitness and physique goals.
• You have experience with training and nutrition but are looking to improve your knowledge and take your fitness and physique to the next level.
• You need some support and accountability to ensure you are progressing week after week.

What will you receive with GRFitness Online Coaching?

• A bespoke training programme that is tailored to your individual needs; takes into account equipment availability, your biomechanics, current injuries you may have and will utilise movements that are specific to your goals.
• A bespoke nutrition programme containing your calorie and macronutrient targets (protein, carbohydrates and fat) for each day, micro-nutrition targets for each day, recommendations for water and salt intake, as well as the rationale behind the programme. Your dietary requirements will also be taken into account.
• Direct access to myself for all your 'burning' questions via a simple, easy to use messaging system.
• Weekly video feedback discussing any changes that might need to take place to keep you moving towards your goals.

The core of my coaching is to create daily, sustainable habits that will get you the results you’ve always wanted, whilst working around your other commitments such as work, social events and family, and provide you with tools needed to sustain and build on your success.

IN PERSON TRAINING AND COACHING

With GRFitness 'In Person Training and Coaching', I will 'personally' guide you through your carefully designed training sessions on a 1-2-1 basis as well as provide you with all the support you need outside of our sessions. Frequency and duration of sessions will be agreed after our initial discussions.

GRFitness 'In Person Training and Coaching' is ideal if...

• You want real-time guidance, support and accountability during our sessions.
• You currently have no gym experience and require a solid starting point.
• You are a regular trainee and are seeking to incorporate more advanced training modalities into your sessions.

What will you receive with GRFitness In 'Person Training and Coaching'?

• In person training sessions designed and delivered by myself at Ultraflex - York.
